Terms and Conditions – MMM Towing Services

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by MMM Towing Services (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By requesting or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services Provided

We provide towing, roadside assistance, accident recovery, vehicle storage, junk/trash removal, and container transport services. Services are available 24/7, subject to vehicle and operator availability.

2. Service Requests

Service requests must include accurate vehicle and location details.
Response times may vary depending on traffic, weather, and distance.
Emergency and accident towing may require coordination with law enforcement.

3. Payment Terms

All charges must be paid in full upon service completion unless otherwise agreed.
Accepted payment methods include cash, credit/debit card, and approved digital payments.
Prices may vary depending on distance, vehicle size, and complexity of service.
Storage fees apply if vehicles remain in our possession beyond the agreed time.

4. Customer Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

Provide accurate contact and vehicle information.
Ensure a safe environment for our operators to work.
Remove valuables from the vehicle before towing or storage (we are not liable for personal belongings left inside).

5. Limitation of Liability

MMM Towing Services is not responsible for damages resulting from inaccurate service requests, pre-existing vehicle damage, or delays caused by events beyond our control (e.g., weather, traffic, accidents).
Liability is limited to the cost of the towing service provided.

6. Vehicle Release & Storage

Vehicles will only be released to the registered owner or authorized person with proof of ownership/ID.
Storage fees will accrue daily after 24 hours if vehicles are not claimed.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

Service cancellations must be made before dispatch to avoid fees.
Once a tow truck has been dispatched, cancellation fees may apply.
Refunds are issued only for services not rendered due to company fault.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Insert State/Region]. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Jurisdiction.

9. Changes to Terms
